Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and unworn

In its original packaging

With all tags included
You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Because we work with multiple suppliers, returns are not sent to a Cart Session warehouse.
Once you request a return, we will provide:

A return approval

A supplier-specific return address

A prepaid return label (if applicable)

Instructions on how to complete the return
Do not send products to any address without first contacting us, as they may not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at cartsession@outlook.com if:

The item is damaged

You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have.
Once the return is approved, you may place a new order.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
